Staying healthy is about the best thing you can do. Wealth is nothing without the means to spend it, luxury is for naught if you cant enjoy it. Good health means you can do the things you want to do without having to restrict your wants and needs in case you accidentally do something that winds up sending you to an early meeting with your maker.
Good health doesn’t come just on its own. Health must be taken care of. Its not so much of a restriction as a lifestyle choice if you will.
Here are some things you can do to keep healthy!
1: Have a proper sleep cycle
Sleep at a regular time each night and make sure to have a minimum of 7 hours of sleep. The body does a cleaning cycle at night. It is a natural detoxification process of the body and ideally it should be done in the throes of deep sleep.
2: Eat more greens
Vegetables are essential to our body. We’re not saying to go straight up vegan, but do have a steady supply of green leafy vegetables in your diet. It will help you to poop.
3: Drink more water
Water makes up 70% of our bodies. Our brain is more than 90% water. Now you know why when you don’t drink water, you’ll start losing focus and the ability to think, move and fart.
What we don’t use, our bodies take as we don’t need. So use your muscles often, if you know what we mean. Not using the muscles in your body will eventually lead to the eventual breakdown and atrophy of the muscle. Now you know why you used to stand, but now you flop around like a jellyfish. We’re talking of course about your beach volleyball skills.
5: Get fresh air
Too many people nowadays spend time indoors inhaling the same old stale air that has been recycled a hundred times over, by their own lungs. Get outside, breathe in some cool morning air. You’d be surprised at how much more invigorating it feels.
Take care of your health because prevention is a whole lot better than the cure. As they say, its better not to lose a limb than to try re-attaching it.
